We care about how we do things
We are committed to transparency, integrity, and respect — values that guide how we work and how we do business.
Everyone connected to our work plays an important part in upholding these values.
Our whistleblowing channel
Our whistleblowing channel allows anyone working with or for Coffee Stain Group AB — including all companies within the group — to report serious concerns or suspected misconduct that go against our values, Code of Conduct, internal policies, or laws and regulations. If you are our business partner, supplier or another external party, and are in contact with our business through your work, you are also encouraged to use the channel for reporting serious concerns.
The channel provides a secure and confidential way to raise serious concerns and helps us identify and address issues early, ensuring transparency and accountability across our group.
If you feel comfortable, we encourage you to talk to your manager or HR first.
You can also choose to report directly through our whistleblowing channel if that feels more comfortable for you.
You can submit a report without providing your name or contact details.
If you choose to include your e-mail address, it will not be visible to those handling the report — it is only used to notify you when there is a response or follow-up. If you choose to identify yourself in your report, your identity will be treated as strictly confidential.
When to use the channel
The whistleblowing channel can be used to report serious concerns or suspected misconduct that go against our values, Code of Conduct, or internal policies, laws and regulations or that may seriously affect a person’s life, health, or safety, or the organisation as a whole. This means you should not use the whistleblowing channel for reporting less serious matters. Kindly contact HR for those matters. You don’t need proof of your suspicion, but all reports should be made in good faith.
Confidential handling
All reports are handled confidentially by a small, dedicated team.
Protection of whistleblowers
If you report a serious concern or suspected misconduct and you have reason to believe that the information you provide is true, you are protected against any retaliation for reporting. Please note that you are not protected if you commit a crime in the process of collecting the information you report.
