The Deep North Beckons
Deep North is Valheim’s ultimate biome, wrought with ancient evils ad lurking threats. This seemingly peaceful-looking place was once inhabited by the first vikings who set foot in the tenth realm, but all signs of life have since withered away. It is a cold, hostile region that is home to gammeltroll, elakingar, barka, and numerous other ancient creatures. Deep underground lies something else that is ancient, which does not welcome visitors with open arms.
Deep North is a massive biome, larger than any of the previous areas added to Valheim, and not just in size! From new weapons and armor to craft, to a range of new tools to make, and enemies to fend off, you will find these lands of ice and snow to be unyielding and cruel.
End Of Early Access
The end of Early Access is an end of an era. As of today, Valheim is officially released and offers a fully fleshed out, complete survival experience as intended by the team at Iron Gate. It brings the game to the full vision of the survival experience, and alongside the Early Access content comes a huge range of new content. All of these can be seen in the patch notes for Deep North.
Valheim is out now on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch 2, Linux, and Mac, featuring cross-play between platforms.
